You can just almost expect when knitting something with no pattern that the first couple of tries are going to be just that -- tries, or trials. Trials with error, no doubt. But hey, if at first you don't succeed, TRY, TRY AGAIN.
I will try again. Maybe not today. Maybe not next week. But, someday. I don't think that I'm that far from accomplishing my goal on these though. For one thing, the shoe bottom is too short and I don't want to frog and redo it until I get the right size. After that, we shall see.
Michala's friends' bag turned out well. I will post a tutorial on how to embellish with fabric. Maybe I will do that tomorrow. I have all of the pictures. There's nothing to do, but to do it.
